URGENT HELP NEEDED - Standard Business Visa - Non-straightforward

Hi, i had applied for a short term standard business visa and supposed to travel on 11 Oct to UK. I did my biometrics on 8th Sep and was informed on the NSF on 25th Sep. I am waiting for updates since. I have done the paid enquire as well as the phone call but nothing clear is being presented. Only advise is to check emails regularly and application centre will reach out. I really need to travel on 10th Oct for a company sponsored event. Any help or direction will be very helpful.
