rough nights in ubec

Hey guys, hope everyone’s doing okay. I’m in Cebu and living alone with MDD, and the recent quake really messed me up. I was finally in deep sleep after my meds, then suddenly woke up to everything shaking. Since then my anxiety’s been on overdrive and sleep’s been rough again.

Anyone else feel the same? How do you deal with quake anxiety on top of depression/insomnia? Would love to hear how you cope. Stay safe everyone!
