Potential dumb question about going for the 100% in 30 hours

Hey all. I recently did the 5 hour achievement, but made the mistake of not keeping track of anything extra I did (like what spools and masks I got). Probably a dumb question, but would it be better to start fresh and keep track of that stuff as I go? Or is the remaining time enough to not matter, as I'm currently around 9.5 hours (so a little over 20 hours to go)

Seeing it written out definitely makes it feel like a dumb question, and that the obvious answer is "keep going", but I figured I'd still ask.
