One of my most embarrassing/funny memories of childhood.

Hey so I’m pursuing architecture, 19M. Randomly remembered this memory that reminded me of my days of innocence. I was in 4th grade and summer vacations had started. I was playing out on the ground with my friends, nearby building had a bees hive which had to be removed. Later that evening when the it was removed the bees swarmed around eventually stinging me on my bicep. Didn’t give much thought over it scraped it off with my cycle keys. Now the sting started itching so I just sucked it off thinking it will make me feel at ease (don’t ask me how that came to my mind even I don’t know). After a few minutes the area turned red and I gave myself my first hickey accidentally😭. Now not knowing what that is I thought it’s pretty normal it should go away. I headed home later that evening and sat for dinner. My mom noticed it and started interrogating me. I was scared for a min thinking something bad had happened didn’t tell her how it happened I just said idk. She said this can’t happen with a bee sting tell me how did this happen. I later explained her the story and she laughed it off😭. At that moment I didn’t know what it meant. Years later when I realised I still laugh at it. My mom brings out the topic of “my first hickey” during family gatherings and it’s embarrassing then.
