Is it normal that my inbox is empty although I've sent several appeals according my shadowban?

Question in the title. Maybe Reddit changed something, but I'm pretty sure there should be at least auto-respond telling me that my appeal have been successfully sent or something.. ?

My inbox is LITERALLY empty, not counting my chat with shadowban bot.
