I wish "radio-style" or "AOL" type of gigs where more of a thing

I was lucky enough to attend a radio guesting gig of an artist a couple of weeks back and I gotta say, I loved the format even compared to the actual format of local gigs.

  1. The glaring difference is the setlist length. You only get 3-4 songs at most but my attention span is short anyway. Plus being under a limited time span, it eliminates the unnecessary, spiels, and jams/noodles.

  2. Better sound quality and a tighter performance since the artists dont have to worry about theatrics or moving around.

  3. Its just more intimate and more relaxed.
