A Road of Hope for 5 remote Villages in India

I’m reaching out from the heart. In five remote villages of Tobu, Nagaland—Tamkoang, Pesao, Yengmai, Yongkhao, and Wangshu—families still trek 7-8 hours or more on foot on mountain paths just to reach the nearest hospital or proper school, nearly 60 km away for the furthest village. Accidents are common. We’ve lost loved ones on this route.

We don’t need highways overnight. What we need is ₹10,00000 to make urgent improvements:

Site clearance & earthwork (Remove debris, cut/fill, level trail ) - 20%-₹2,00,000

Drainage to prevent washout (side ditches & mini culverts)-20%-₹2,00,000

Base layer (gravel/WMM 15–20 cm) Compactable, all-weather base- 30%-₹3,00,000

Surface layer (gravel or bitumen patch) Makes trail passable for vehicles - 20%-₹2,00,000

Retaining / slope protection(Gabion walls or stones in steep areas) 10%-₹1,00,000

Total: ₹10,00,000

With your help, we can transform these unsafe tracks into safer, more reliable roads. So kids can get back to schools on time, families can see a doctor on time, and no one has to risk their life. 🙏 Every contribution counts. Whether it’s small or big, it brings us closer to safety.
