Ordering Economically but Fair to Culver's Local Owner.
I tend to order mostly standard menu items but often think up cool(to me) combinations.
Sometimes they can be ordered online but most often not, so I must order at register.
It SEEMS that how something can be "rang up" often has multiple paths.
So the QUESTION(s),
- What is the absolute slowest time of day?
Asking with the assumption that this is the best time to ask for something a little custom.
- I want to order something the cheapest way possible, but it is not my goal to somehow make it a loss of the store owner, or create a problem for register worker.
How does one figure out custom orders without being a train wreck of a customer?
- I can obviously order 3 items and combine at will but this SEEMS unnecessary, knowing there are register options for much of what I want.
Would an Owner/Manager/Shift Lead spend 5 minutes with a "pretty good customer", or just find that to be a cheap customer-not worth the time?
I am a very budget conscious person, and have to watch money, BUT, I have no desire to TRICK register person into artificially cheap stuff, just the best that I can while still being fair.
Thanks!
