YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT IT ITS NOT A CHOICE

Offering Comfort/Reassurance/Solidarity

Ive been struggling with dpdr since i was 16, im 23 now, as i said in the title one of the things i learned over the years is try to find thing that improves it or manages it, if nothing helps you have no choice but to accept it and live with it like it doesn’t exist, its not fair to make it ruin your life or be the only thing you can think about. Live a healthy life style, workout, and sooner or later you will notice that you can function like a normal human being cuz you are.
