I have a Maltese terrier, she is ~3 years old right, which has a very sensitive stomach - she can't eat any protein or her allergies will make her paws and fur around the ears and eyes pinkish and will cause itching, sometimes stomatch problems. Now the problem is that I went away for a weekend and my younger brother offered to watch the dog while I will be gone. I wrote him a list of what the dog can eat, what she cannot. I really told him that the dog is sensitive as a newborn, yet he still managed to somehow give her some chicken scrap. few days later i came back, her skin/fur around the eyes have dyed pink, he told me she vommited... well whatever. I really did not want to let it pass so i demanded my brother some money for the medication. he got mad, we kinda went into a little fight, he argued that it was unintentional etc. etc. - tried to defend himself as hard as he could. am I the asshole for asking money for the medication? This stuff doesnt cost more than 50 euros but it still costs.
