Cassadone Ratovantany is the only one created by me and is my oc.

Cassidone was born as a part of the wealthy Ratovantany family who were devoted to the earth and its people. But as the years went by the planet became worse and worse pollution skyrocketed and energy sources became low. As Cassadone grew older and saw these changes he had a plan to save the earth and its people. He would build a space station That would how was the parts of the earth it's people it's architecture it's greenery and wildlife. They would abandon the planet and go looking for others that they could inhabit. Leaving the filth behind. This would take a lot of resources but it would all be worth it in the end. He would be able to lead the people to a better world one without the mistakes of the last one, one that he could make right. Of course this wouldn't come easier lots of people wanted on it including some rival families like the bronchesters. He could not let them on for they could challenge his power so he not only bought out even more areas for wildlife but also several monuments That were totally necessary so they could remind people of "what was and what could be again if the people cooperated". Even though this would leave little space for Other buildings which would decrease her housing for people. But of course he didn't just want the land but also the Pokemon including the legendaries. He would not lift such beautiful creatures left to rot so he hired a love ex-members from various groups like team magma and team Aqua. How While yes left their organizations still had a worship for such beautif creatures. These members would be able to watch over their sectors where the legendaries would stay being able to fulfill their dreams and live up to the legacy their groups once had. And of course there was the issue of security. He had to keep the people in their place to bring some order to these individuals who straight away from perfection so long. So he would not only get more evil organization members like team rocket but also hire a people to make a artificially made pokemon. To act as guards and eliminate any threats to security. And of course what would be a king Without his court so he invited several members of other rich and wealthy families who did not oppose theirs to join him as his own personal court. Unfortunately this had the side effect of only a pushing out more people especially those who were of a lower class and did not have money to get in. But it doesn't matter. People do not care, if they did care they would have stopped this a long time ago. They do not want a better world they just want a world that they can live in that, they can waste away and not have to worry. They don't have to worry about anything all they have to do is follow my rule. The people of the new world do not want a leader they want a king and I am their majesty.

Also I don't know where to put this but Cassadone idolizes Chairman Rose. I mean in this world he was kind of right just on a bigger scale. While publicly he does not acknowledge it as a he is still a criminal. He does still admire the man for knowing the best in the people persecuting a Enlightened individual. Also yes his last name is definitely a reference to a certain earth god. I truly want to make him a environmentally aware Person who does wanna help the environment while still making him a villain. I've already referenced Chairman Rose but that's kind of the point he's basically a better written version of him.

As compared to a lot of other villains chairman Rose seemed to actually care about the integrity of the world while others would either do massive harm to it or even outright destroy it. But the swords and Shields writing is not that good so that's why a lot of people were misunderstands him. So I wanted to do that but actually made clear he's still evil. He also has some cyrus in him with his whole Making a new world and leaving the old one.
