Is it possible to max out Renown without doing side quests in Season 10?

Hi, I’m new to the game. Currently level 60 with 50 Paragon Lvl.

I want to finish all Renown (max level), but I’d rather focus on dungeons instead of side quests. If I do everything else—exploration, strongholds, waypoints, Altars of Lilith, etc.—can I still reach max Renown without touching side quests?
