How hard is age 18+ Lego?

My daughter wants a few of the botanical 18+ sets for Christmas (she will only get one lol) She’s done Lego in the past. Just wondering if I get her the tiny plants botanical set would I end up having to do it for her? Cause se she wouldn’t enjoy that lol
