Are there any ways to get weapons or ship systems from abandonned ships at armistice zones?

Hi everyone,

As the title suggests, is this possible? I see tons of ships abandonned at armistices zones like planetary outposts, they have top rated weapons and systems, and I'd love to get my dirty paws on them :)

Thank you
