Fresh deck problem

Hi all (in advance I'm shit with technology)recently bought a lcd 256gb model stright out of the box been stuck on this "starting steamdeck update download " for a good hour.

Have tried connecting to a diffrent WiFi and restarting the deck with no luck.

Just wondering if anyone's any advice/tips to get past this.
