What are the most beautiful residential neighbourhoods in Germany?

Residential meaning excluding the historical old towns like the center of Heidelberg or Bamberg.

For me Blankenese in Hamburg is absolutly beautiful, with those sprawling villas overlooking the river. But I also like the southwest of Berlin (like Grunewald), Maxvorstadt in Munich, and the older neighbourhoods of Dresden like Loschwitz or Plauen.
