Game Crashing

I have attempted to do the UVH mission from 3-4 2x now. Each time I fast travel back to karios, my game crashes and I have to do the ENTIRE mission over again! It's absolutely ridiculous. Stop with the damn buff/nerf patches and fix this damn game. Spending 5 minutes compiling shaders every time I boot it up.
