Last save before EU 5, Who should i go?

So i have 955 hours in EU 4, so thinking of having one last big game to get to the 1000 hours and before EU 5 comes out!

So who should i go? I am an average player, but done all the normal kinda games that you would think.

Anyone got any cool ideas or suggestions? Doesnt need to be a game go for achivements or anything
