Roof damage from building site

So with the storm in full force the wind blew some heavy duty metal cladding into my house from a building site beside it. The sheets were properly secured obviously and they've done some major damage to the side of my house including testing down the gutters and damaging roof tiles. I just wanted to confirm that the company that owns the site and the cladding are responsible for any repairs that stem from this. I've been in touch with them and they are coming our to remove the gladden from my property but haven't mentioned anything else.
