Slowed progress, then lost progress

Several weeks ago an update slowed progress to a virtual standstill - about a week ago, it seemed that it had loosened up a bit, and there was a bit more progress that could be made, but nothing like before.

Then today, my numbers all went backward. This morning one was at 3.21au; when I went to play at lunch, it was down to 3.09au. How does it go down?

This game used to be wonderful. Now it is stressful. I'm done.
