I need a bit of help with Artificer.

So as far as i know Articer has 2 Endings Ascending and the Boss Fight one.

I just got the Boss Fight one but as a Result i lost all my Karma. I think you need all the Echos to get the Ascension Ending can i still get that in the same Save File or do i have to start another one? I did get two Echos before losing my Karma the Shaded and Wall ones if that matters.

Also please dont spoil if theres still something i didnt see thanks (:
