Was my ex a red flag?

Me and my ex broke up regarding her depression along with health issues, struggling in school, anxiety, car issues, childhood traumas, financially unstable, family issues, (theres alot more issues but it all adds up) that became draining on my end to support. She started victimizing herself and took no accountability and now all she does it reposts reels about me indirectly on instagram. A little obsessive behavior but she said I 'ruined her' and 'never loved her' and I asked her if I didnt love her why would I move in with her, why would I go to extra lengths to see her get better, I did some of her homework and exams, I took her out to eat at multiple different places, we hanged out for months straight, etc, and all she responds with is 'honestly I dont know'. She barely took any initiative to improve herself throughout this relationship, one thing was I wanted her to be more thoughtful of me more when I list my boundaries and needs but those always turned into arguments no matter what but eventually she came to an understanding. Im pretty much on the edge of wishing her luck in life, and saying I dont want any part of you back in my life. I was being reasonable and logical with her post breakup and I even acknowledged my wrongdoings and what I was working on improving but she just started dodging reconciliation and said 'sorry for being a burden' and 'sorry for being unlovable' when I never said that, straight emotional manipulation. She cant guilt trip herself and avoid accountability through life but someone like this isn't going to get far in life. Ultimately shes going to be cornered in life where shes forced to confront her issues and work on herself or let it bury her. Her current track record right now is letting her issues take over. The entire relationship was me constantly in the give give give state where I wouldnt ask for much either but when I did it always turned into an argument. If I 'ruined her', why would she even want to be friends with me in the first place? And yet im the one who she calls emotionally immature but then dodges taking accountability as well as understanding her impact in this relationship.

Keep in mind shes 19, I was her 6th boyfriend, or 8th if you include online dating since she was 11. She also said shes sick and tired of all her relationships turning out to be the same.
