Sick of the fear mongering of media

I’d say about once a week when silver or gold go down a small amount suddenly I get 50 notifications from all different news outlets and google that the metal is freefalling so do a big sell off now….. meanwhile when I check the price because of those articles often its an insignificant and unworrying loss followed by a new high. I understand large corporations have on paper silver and gold orders they need to furfill in December and I theorize they are part of the media and notifications that only seem to show up when silver and gold do anything negative…. Can we please just stop all the news trying to manipulate people’s decisions
