Should I start or wait for Midnight?

Hi all, I've only played classic WoW. I've been keeping tabs on the Retail reveals and I'm ready to hop into retail (at Midnight) Is it worth starting NOW or should I wait for Midnight to release with the features I'm interested in? (Housing, Haranir, Story)
