Can’t access Windows on new build

Just bought a Intel 285K, MSI MEG Z890 ACE, 48Gb 8000Mhz Tforce RAM(from the approved list), ASUS Strix 4090 and 3 M.2 drives(1 2Tb and 2 4Tb) and after installing W11 Pro, it boots and hangs at the Windows Logo. Just as the circle is starting to cycle, it hangs almost immediately. I just took out my 7950X build and installed this and using the same GPU. Was planning to install the newest BIOS but I can’t without being to access the OS. What are some other o-toons for me to trouble shoot this? First time using MSI, always used ASUS for years. So I am not familiar with this BIOS and its settings.
