Chances at big law?

Im interested in going into law but im nervous about my chances. Im currently an undergrad junior at a t25 double majoring in engineering and economics. However, my gpa is not very good and im currently sitting around a 3.0, mostly due to the fact that i didnt really try my first two years. I’m now realizing how dumb that was and ive been grinding to get a 4.0 this semester and beyond which i think i can achieve. I think i could get a 170+ on my lsat (for reference got a 1550 on sat, and generally a good test taker), but im still not confident in my chances in getting into a t14 law school. Do I stand a chance at all or should I focus on something else? For more context, my parents are both partners at big law firms but I don’t know if that helps at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
