Feelings of my heart

I don't know why this happens but lately I am feeling lonely and alone on regular basis. It didn't happen before but lately it is getting hard. I am in a middle class type govt. job and usually busy but get time of about 5 hrs free in a day. And these hrs. Become hell for me for some days. I don't know what should I do in this free time . I am just angry now. I am preparing for bigger exam also but there is no fix schedule for free time so it's getting hard for me to study but after some time I will start to study.
