I might need to take 2 30mg of elvanse instead of a single 50mg

Hi everybkdy, im currently taking 50 mg of elvanse once a day in the morning at around 8, my prescription ran out and it wont be renewed for a couple days (5 exactly). I work for the latter 3 days of those 5 so im in a bit of a bind. My dad takes it at 30mg a day and hes offered to give me 2 of those for the 3 days i wont have any meds. Has anyone else gone through this? Is it gonna wreck me taking 10 more miligrams of this? Im kinda worried about it so id appreciate any kind of advice/past experices about similair situations.
