What is my job?

I'm not a lineman, but I can't figure out a better place to post this. Basically what I do is me and another guy go out to a line of poles, I send the stick up and get attach heights and midspans of lines and equipment and call out the measurements while the other dude builds the pole in software. It's pretty chill all things considered. What would you call this?
