HP ZBook Firefly 15 G8 Help Needed!

My HP ZBook Firefly 15 G8 has an issue where an image or text will stay on the screen for a long period of time afterwards if on for a few seconds or sometimes minutes. This is mostly at the bottom of the screen. I don't think it is very visible in the boot menu (with a white background), and I got this laptop yesterday from a work friend who had it for a few years before!

I have also updated my NVIDIA drivers to the latest recommended ones.

Please help!
