Lexapro and acne

Hello! I juste got prescribed lexapro but i'm really scared of the possible side effect of getting acne. I've struggled with severe hormonal acne for a long time (2 accutane rounds and all antibiotics) and only managed to clear it recently with yaz birth control, differin and panoxyl but it was a long journey. I'm not sure i have the mental strength to come back to severe acne, and a lot of reddit posts talk about breakouts with Lexapro. I'm scared that if i take it and acne appears it won't go away after stopping it. On the other hand i'm really depressed.. Do you think i'm overdramatizing and should just take the medication? What are your honnest, common experiences with it? Is there another pill with less acne side effects?
