Approval Notice is never received. Submitted Non-delivery request. Didn't get an answer in 30 days. What to do?

It's past October 1 and my F-1 is terminated automatically. But H-1B approval notice is never received and USCIS didn't reply in 30 days for Non-delivery support request. What to do now 😨
