Beef Aversion
I was watching a live video of SBG who had a couple of other carnivore guests on her channel and decided to comment and ask for advice regarding my aversion to ground beef after 8 months on the carnivore diet. It hit me out of nowhere, and now I can’t stomach the taste or smell of it.
I was trying to say this, add the fact that I live in a food desert, and ask what I can do to fix the aversion problem because I really do not have access to a lot of other meats. I have eggs and bacon and chicken available, but I don’t eat chicken on this diet since it’s not a ruminant meat. Ground beef has been a staple all this time. I’ve lost over 70 lbs! But now I can’t eat it, and that is a very big problem.
I ended up feeling like I was having a heart attack a couple of months back because of how low my potassium and magnesium were, and this is even though I drink water with LMNT. What meat gives you potassium and magnesium? Ground beef. 😔 I never got to clarify all of this on her channel because there was a character limit on comments, somebody kind of poopoo’d away my issue by telling me I could still eat steaks and pork and seafood and, and, and… The video was over. Ugh. I wish I had more options out here.
Anyway, anybody have any ideas here on what I can do to eat more ground beef that doesn’t taste, smell, or feel like ground beef in my mouth? 🙏🏻 Thank you in advance.
