Long-time lesbians: What’s the #1 piece of advice you’d give to baby gays and/or late bloomer lesbians abt lesbianism?

Question

To those of u who have been openly living as lesbians for many years, what’s the single piece of advice you’d wanna pass on to someone just beginning their journey? It could be about relationships, self-acceptance, navigating community spaces, or simply building confidence in who you are, etc. Many baby gays and late bloomers (myself included) often feel a mix of excitement and uncertainty, and hearing from ppl with more lived experience can be both grounding and inspiring. And I’d love to know: what do you wish you had known when you were first starting out?

TL;DR: Experienced lesbians: what’s your #1 advice for baby gays/late bloomers starting their journey?
