Anyone else having this issue?

Hello to all I have encountered this issue while charging at 3rd party stations in my case chargepoint where the charger is missing the locking clip and when I try to charge the car says the cahrger is not secured properly but other cars are charging fine and with no issue. Wondering if anyone else have a tip for this situation?
