Where do I even start with finding a new place to get T?

So when I first started T, I went with planned parenthood because it seemed a lot easier and it was! I do enjoy going through planned parenthood but the main issue is injections. I've been on the gel because I am unable to give myself shots but I genuinely cannot keep up with doing the gel daily and it's starting to make me depressed because I feel like I could be so much further in my transition if I didn't miss so many doses. I thought MAYBE I could do the injections myself with an auto-injector but PP will not allow me to do that.

I've seen some people say that the place they go through allows them to go into an office and a nurse will give the shot. This would be great but I don't even know where to start looking. I've been looking for Endocrinologists that accept my insurance but not all of them offer gender affirming care. It also doesn't help half of these places don't have a website... It might even help enough just to find somewhere that will allow me to use an auto-injector. If I can't get myself to do that I could get my boyfriend to help but even he doesn't feel comfortable giving me an injection without the auto-injector.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Also idk if this is relevant info but I live in the US.
