Just joined IOG with Renault Zoe and having problems

Hi there. I’ve just joined IOG with a Renault Zoe. I finally seem to have got the relevant recognising each other (I.e. my Renault, mobilize, and octopus. Problem is that when I plug in then mobilize tells me that it is calibrating the charge speed, keeps it like that for a couple of minutes then switches to unplugged and the car continues charging, presumably at my full rate not the cheaper rate.

Despite saying that it’s not plugged in the mobilize app is clearly communicating with the my Renault app because as the mileage estimate increases in the my Renault app due to the charge it also increases in the mobilize app.

I’m at a loss as to what to do, can anyone advise?
