Mep is stupid! Still no deposit.

Before i got put on mep my ex was actually paying me every month! & online it says Oct 1st for my payment from but it is now Oct 3rd and still nothing 🙃 and I cannot get through to my case worker! Ive been trying all morning to get through & it takes 5 buisness days to get a call back!!

Last month I got it sept 4th! My ex had to pay me the 1st of every month so does he pay mep on the 1st and it takes a couple days to come to me??
