Based on the transcript you provided, here is a detailed summary of the key points and arguments presented in The Duran's video, "EU WAR Psychosis. Zelensky Patriot missile lies revealed".

### 🎥 Video Summary

The video analyzes the military and political situation surrounding the Russia-Ukraine conflict, focusing on Ukrainian setbacks, alleged misinformation, and Western reactions.

#### ⚔️ Deteriorating Military Situation for Ukraine
The hosts present a detailed analysis claiming significant Ukrainian losses and Russian advances on the front lines:

- **Failed Counter-Offensives**: Ukrainian counter-attacks northeast of **Pokrovsk**, previously reported as successful, are described as having failed. The hosts state these operations did not succeed in encircling Russian forces and have now left Ukrainian brigades weakened [Transcript].
- **Critical Threats to Key Locations**: The video asserts that several strategically pivotal locations are under severe threat or nearly encircled, including **Pokrovsk**, **Chasiv Yar**, and **Kurakhove**. The potential fall of **Kramatorsk** is highlighted as a event that could lead to the collapse of the entire Ukrainian defensive line in the Donbas [Transcript].
- **Incremental Advances in the South**: The hosts also note a "remorseless advance" by Russian forces in the Zaporizhzhia region, claiming they have covered about half the distance towards the Dnipro River since April [Transcript].

#### 📰 Allegations of Misinformation
A central theme of the video is the claim that Western allies have been misled about the war's progress:

- **Over-optimistic Battlefield Reports**: The hosts allege that Ukraine provided overly optimistic and false assessments of its military situation to the West, which were accepted as fact. They argue this created a false narrative that Ukraine was winning [Transcript].
- **Ineffectiveness of Patriot Systems**: The video cites a **Financial Times** article to challenge previous claims about the effectiveness of Western air defense systems. It states the article "finally admits" that Patriot missiles are largely unable to shoot down most Russian ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles [Transcript].
- **Historical Parallels**: The hosts compare this alleged pattern of misinformation to previous conflicts, specifically mentioning Vietnam and Afghanistan, where they claim senior U.S. military officials provided overly rosy pictures of progress [Transcript].

#### 🌍 Analysis of Western "War Psychosis"
The video interprets the Western response to these battlefield developments as a movement towards conflict:

- **European "Hysteria" and "Panic"**: Citing statements from **Victor Orban**, the hosts claim that European leaders, upon realizing the war is lost, are discussing a direct war with Russia, potentially as early as 2026-2027. This is described as a "war psychosis" – a state of hysteria and anger leading to bad decisions [Transcript].
- **Underlying Motives**: This "psychosis" is framed as serving three purposes for European elites: 1) keeping the United States involved and money flowing, 2) justifying the seizure of Russian assets, and 3) enabling a domestic "power grab" through increased centralization of power in the EU and higher military spending [Transcript].
- **A Dangerous Game**: The commentary concludes that while European leaders may want the advantages of a war atmosphere without actual kinetic conflict, this strategy is dangerously volatile. The recent deployment of long-range Western missiles for use inside Russia and the Russian development of new advanced missile systems like the "Arshnik" are cited as factors bringing the situation closer to a direct confrontation [Transcript].
