USA phone number for no-residents

Hello to all travelers!! I'm looking for a US phone plan that I can use in France! I'm going to the United States next week to open a bank account and I'll need a plan with an unlimited US number, then I want to use this number in France! I have a PO box. Which operator and plan do you recommend?
