Pre-ordered Time Stranger from Amazon, where would by bonus code be?

Just received my copy of Time Stranger about an hour ago, and I've been looking for the pre-order bonus code but I can't find it anywhere. There's nothing in the case or the packaging and I didn't receive an email with it either.
