Im scared

I cutted myself today and I went deep, not a problem but my mom was passing the bathroom when she heard me trying to get tape so she asked me if I got hurt, I said no, she said Wallahi? What do I do I feel sad empty and scared, I have no other way of closing my wounds, bandages are running out, idk the butterfly thing, no steri tapes, only tissue and tape.
