Worst customer service ever

I’m amazed by the amount of people that have went out of their way to tell me how efficient end reliant mad heaters cs is. How is this not a topic. I can literally get better assistance from a foreigner that doesn’t speak English too well to walk me through a complex diagnostics . Mad heaters naaa 3 weeks and no answer no matter how simple or readily available they have the info you need. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. It’s quite sickening.

Email doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work. And no I’m not impatient but I expect to be informed atleast more than once after I made the purchase and it shipped 3 weeks ago but still no info on its where about.
