Is this really Bad 2 yrs locked-out

Before this lockout, Twitter/X had already used my Google login data to auto-create a new account—without my consent. My identity was changed from u/Jas.. to u/osa.., and later again to u/nak.., which appears to be tied to a recycled Google account I never used for Twitter.

They activated 2FA on this new account without my permission, and the mobile number receiving OTPs was recycled. I had no access to the authenticator, no backup codes, and no way to log in.
