How to differentiate between INTJ who uses high usage of Fi stack and ISFP with developed Ni

The reason why I am asking is because even though they are pretty distinct from each other in terms of gathering/using information from their second function stacks, I find them quite similar and it's pretty hard to type them if they are in some kind of a "loop" which may happens sometimes, I guess.
