What companies will higher foreigners(from USA) for software related field?

What companies would sponsor a foreigner to do software work. I have a degree in software engineering and a couple years of work experience at a US company. I’m interested as to what realistically hires foreigners and would sponsor a work visa. I’m interested to live in Warsaw for a year.
