If you’ve ever had to update hours or info across dozens of Google Business Profiles, you know how time-consuming it is: it’s tedious, error-prone, and eats entire days.

We’ve seen brands stuck in spreadsheets, spending **dozens of days just to update holiday hours or publishing posts manually on each location**...if you have 200 locations is 200 tabs opened.

Here’s how to bulk edit Google Business Profiles step by step:

**Manual method (Google’s own dashboard):**

* Download all your listings into a spreadsheet
* Update names, hours, categories, etc.
* Re-upload the file into GBP Manager
* Review errors, confirm changes (Great for small tweaks, but error-prone if you’ve got 100+ stores)

**Automated method (using tools):**

* Select all your locations in one dashboard
* Apply updates to hours, categories, URLs, etc. across every store
* Schedule changes (e.g. holiday hours) in advance
* Lock profiles so no competitor edits sneak in

👉 Example: One retail brand with 200+ stores updated all Christmas hours in **minutes** instead of days — avoiding angry reviews and lost foot traffic.

At scale, this isn’t just about saving time. It’s about protecting your brand from bad customer experiences.

Curious — how are you currently handling updates across multiple locations?
