Should I just take a break or quit?

This is one of the only places where I get some decent feedback.

My skills are not good, at silver rank with my primary account using Sol. My fundamentals are the focus for improvement. When a streamer asked if he should play Sol a few solid players said that he's easy and the easiest in the game.

That kind of hit me a little, these players play HC and I-No and cycle through characters. I know that on start Sol is ease of use but his combo route potential makes him more with higher level skilled players, so that's why I don't consider him so easy.

Idk if I am putting too much into the game, I been taking breaks, limit how much I keep going in rank matches consistently, lab what I think I can with simple 1 to 2 set ups while figuring the fundamentals still.

I been playing for a while and so gradual with it, is this probably burn out? I have played other characters and do notice easier comfort with some compared to Sol but don't want to drop him as my main because he does force me to improve on a neutral basis overall.
