[TOMT][Video][1990s-Early 2010s] Alcohol awareness video

Looking for a short live-action video shown in health class 7–10 years ago. American actors. Scene: two young girls go bowling with one’s older sister who drove them. The older sister pours alcohol into her cola at the alley, gets questioned by the younger sister and replies with something like “it’s fine,” then later says something like “I guarantee a strike,” before she ends up passed out while the younger sister and her friend watch. It was a school PSA / educational short that seemed like it was made in the early 2000s but it could have been made earlier (though I doubt it was). I remember the alcohol was in a flask as well.
