Great Lakes whitefish

So I plan to make a recreation of my daughter's doll Caroline's birthday dinner but I live in Arizona and I don't know where or if I can find Great Lakes Whitefish out here. Has anyone in the Phoenix Metro area ever seen this type of fish sold out hear?
